The service
Navefi is a tool for organising and visualising financial information. It is not a bank, it does not hold money and it does not provide payment services.
Not financial advice
The information, forecasts and suggestions shown in Navefi, including answers from the AI assistant, are informational. They are not financial, tax or investment advice. Decisions and their consequences belong to the user.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and should enable two-factor authentication.
Using Navefi for unlawful purposes, or attempting to access other users’ data, is prohibited.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are charged in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. There is no pro-rata refund for started periods, except where the law requires one.
Availability
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Bank connections depend on third-party systems outside our control.
Governing law
Portuguese law applies. For consumer disputes, users may turn to the competent alternative dispute resolution bodies.
