One statement, with everything in it

Expenses, income and unreviewed bank lines. A bank line already linked to a record does not appear twice.
Transfers visible, but out of the totals
An expense marked as a transfer between your own accounts carries its own label and never enters the totals or the charts. It is money moving, not money spent.
Filters by type, account and period
Everything, expenses, income, transfers or bank lines. One account or all of them. One month or a whole year, on the same screen.
What came from the bank waits for review
A bank line carries a "needs review" badge. Approving it asks whether it is an expense or income and which category it belongs to; the amount and date come from the bank. You can also say it is the same as a record you already had, instead of creating another one.
Withdrawing cash is not spending it
One button marks a withdrawal as a move into your wallet: it leaves your spending and credits the wallet. What you actually spend in cash is booked when you count the wallet. The same button undoes it.

Corrections that get learned
Changing a merchant category writes a rule right then, without asking. Next time that merchant appears it arrives correct — and your own correction always outranks an automatic guess.

Multibanco references, ATM withdrawals, direct debits and MB Way are recognised for what they are, instead of being left as unclassified text. Person names caught in an MB Way or a transfer never leave your workspace: those descriptions are excluded from the rules shared between users.
Frequently asked questions
Can I edit a transaction that came from the bank?
Once approved, yes: it becomes an ordinary expense and you can change its category, note, account, tags, and also its amount and date. While it waits for approval, the amount and date are the ones the bank reported.
What if the same transaction appears twice?
When you connect a bank, Navefi compares each transaction against what already existed: same amount to the cent, up to three days apart, same currency and the same account. What it finds, it links. What stays ambiguous, it asks about instead of guessing.
Does search cover my whole history?
Not on this page: it filters the lines of the month or year you have selected. Search on the spending page runs on the server and crosses your history.
Can I export my transactions?
Not yet. There is no CSV, Excel or PDF export on any page.
